1 egg white

How to make the rim (optional): rub a lemon wedge around the rim of a coupe glass, then dip the glass into a mixture of equal parts cinnamon and sugar

Apple Spice Simple Syrup Recipe
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1 apple, lightly chopped
1 tsp cinnamon
How to make:
Heat the sugar and water on the stovetop in a small saucepan. No need to boil—just stir until the sugar dissolves, then remove from heat.
Place the apple and cinnamon in the syrup and let steep for a few hours. Then strain syrup into a mason jar (remove the apples—they will taste amazing!)..
Store the syrup in the fridge—it’ll stay good for up to a month.
